Tune-Up
- Check Thermostat Operation
- Check programming on Programmable Thermostat
- Check refrigerant pressures for accurate charge
- Check for visual signs of refrigerant leakage
- Check for proper voltage at outdoor unit
- Check for proper compressor amperage draw
- Check contactor for damage and proper electrical voltage
- Check indoor & outdoor motor amp draw
- Check temperature drop across evaporator coil

- Check and adjust fan speed for proper temperature drop
- Check and tighten all electrical connections
- Check furnace blower for proper operation
- Clean & clear condensate drains
- Check condensor coil and blow out with Nitrogen if needed
- Check for proper clearance around condensor
- Check for air flow leaks at equipment and ductwork
- Check condensor start-up and monitor cooling cycle
- Replace 1" filter with 1" pleated filter

- Check Thermostat Operation
- Check programming on Programmable Thermostat
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Check and adjust pilot
- Check and adjust gas pressure
- Check for gas leaks
- Check and clean ignitor / thermocouple
- Check and clean flame sensor
- Check for proper flue draft
- Test safety limits
- Clean blower components
- Check blower operation
- Check temperature rise

- Check and adjust fan speed for proper temperature rise
- Check for carbon monoxide (CO)
- Visual check for heat exchanger cracks & corrosion
- Check for proper combustion air
- Oil & Lubricate motor(s), bearings, etc.
- Measure incoming voltage
- Measure Amperage on motors
- Check all wiring / Tighten loose connections
- Replace 1" filter with 1" pleated filter
- Clean & clear condensate drains
- Check furnace start-up and monitor heat cycle
