MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Standard Plan
The Maintenance Plan includes a tune-up as listed
below with a 15% discount on parts and labor required for repairs, priority
service on any required service calls throughout the year, and no overtime
charges for evening and weekend calls. The plan also provides customers
with special pricing on any equipment or accessories desired. Appointments
are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The furnace
tune-up is a comprehensive 24 point inspection. A new 1" filter
is provided.
The air conditioning
tune-up provides a 17 point inspection and a new 1" filter.
We also have plans to include humidifiers, air
cleaners and air purifiers.
Discounts are available for multiple systems located
in the same residence or commercial property.
